A Day in the Life
As an Enterprise/Solution Architect in Finance Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of L'Oréal's IT landscape. Reporting to the IT Director, you will be responsible for aligning IT strategy with business objectives, driving innovation, and ensuring architectural compliance across the organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in enterprise architecture to drive impactful change and contribute to L'Oréal's continued success in the dynamic beauty industry.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop enterprise architecture strategies that support L'Oréal's overall business goals.
- Technology Evaluation: Research market trends, competition, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and recommend solutions that align with L'Oréal's long-term strategic objectives.
- Solution Architecture: Provide architectural guidance and recommendations for cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP), enterprise integration patterns (API, Event, ESB), and Business Intelligence (GCP) / Master Data Management technologies.
- Governance and Compliance: Drive enterprise architecture design authority governance with project architects/managers to ensure architectural compliance and adherence to industry best practices.
- Data Governance and Integration: Develop and implement data governance strategies to ensure data quality, integrity, and security across L'Oréal's IT ecosystem.
- Roadmap Planning: Lead and guide IT and business stakeholders in the development of target enterprise capability blueprints and application roadmaps.
- Innovation and Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in enterprise architecture and share your knowledge with the team to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
We Are Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise/Solution Architect with a passion for technology and a proven track record of driving successful enterprise architecture initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the CPG industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong technology experience
- Experience in enterprise architecture
- SAP ERP (S4) experience
- Knowledge of Demand/Supply Planning, OMS, WMS & TMS technologies
- Ability to create impactful presentations
