Summary:

L'Oréal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Data Program Manager to manage and optimize our customer data strategy across North Asia and SAPMENA. This critical role will be responsible for defining and implementing how we store, structure, and utilize customer data within our CRM systems, ensuring data quality, integrity, and alignment with L'Oréal's broader data governance and analytics initiatives. The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in CRM data management, a strong understanding of data governance principles, and proven experience in leading data-focused projects and managing a team.


Responsibilities:

  • CRM Data Strategy: Develop and maintain a comprehensive CRM data strategy for North Asia and SAPMENA, aligning with global data governance standards and regional business needs.
  • Data Architecture and Modeling: Define and implement the optimal data architecture and data models within our CRM systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and data integrity.
  • Data Governance: Collaborate closely with the data governance and analytics teams to ensure compliance with data policies, standards, and best practices. Contribute to the development and refinement of data governance frameworks.
  • Data Quality Management: Implement and oversee data quality processes, including data cleansing, validation, and enrichment, to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our CRM data.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage data-focused projects within the CRM domain, ensuring timely and successful delivery of project objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with key stakeholders across different business functions and IT teams to gather requirements, address data-related challenges, and ensure alignment on data initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of data professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. Team will consist of one direct report and contractors.
  • Regional Expertise: Provide regional expertise and support for North Asia and SAPMENA, taking into account local regulations, business practices, and cultural nuances.
  • Innovation and Best Practices: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in CRM data management and data governance, and recommend innovative solutions to improve data utilization and insights.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM data management, data governance, or a related field, including experience managing a team.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing principles, data modeling techniques, and data integration methodologies.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other leading CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is highly desirable.
