Key Job Accountabilities
- Leader of Supply Planning in North Asia, one of key Zone Business Owners in Supply Chain Planning. The scope covered both upstream Supply Planning from zone S&OP to Affiliates, and Stock Deployment Planning within DC internal network of the Affiliates.
- Create and maintain the Supply Planning referential. Drive the Supply Planning Excellence processes and tools assessment with counties. Deploy the best practices, and support countries on action plans implementation.
- Build Supply Planning Roadmap to support countries business growth.
- Design/Deploy relevant process/solution in line with the Zone/group strategy.
- Be the reference person in Group Transformation projects related to Supply Planning domain.
- Animate Supply Planning community, provide them trainings and guidance. Cross-functional management role to Local Business Owner (LBO) in countries. Contribute to this community talents growth, and excellence in the execution of their function.
- Propose directions for the 3 years plan and define budgets for his/her scope of activity.
Job Requirements:
- Solid background in Supply Chain functions, with recognized competencies in Supply Planning.
- Experience as Supply Planning process owner.
- Managerial and project management experiences.
- Strong analytical skills, sensitive to data and new technology in Supply Chain planning.
- Solution oriented, strong drive of changes in a complex and cross-cultures environment.
- Expert in planning system solutions (APO etc.) and capability in designing system functions enhancements.
- Fluency in English mandatory.
- FMCG experience preferred.
